Plain and garlic. Perfect accompaniment to the curries.

My second attempt at naan after my first one 3 years ago; this time using a different recipe. Went well with the chana dal and the butter chicken that I also cooked today.

Nothing plain about their naan. They do it really well.

I’m glad I opted for garlic naan vs. plain because that Chicken Tikka Masala definitely needed a flavor backup! Cooked stovetop, in my cast-iron skillet.

Some of this will be lunch tomorrow...

The butter kind and the garlic kind.

Great with the daal.
