I didn't have a tandoor oven or a large chimney full of coals to ignite, so the stovetop skillet had to do. Also forgot to brush the naan with melted butter. At any rate, enough butter in the chicken and rice to put us on the coronary highway.
My second attempt at naan after my first one 3 years ago; this time using a different recipe. Went well with the chana dal and the butter chicken that I also cooked today.
I’m glad I opted for garlic naan vs. plain because that Chicken Tikka Masala definitely needed a flavor backup! Cooked stovetop, in my cast-iron skillet.
