One of the tastiest hor funs I’ve had in ages. Love it for the depth of flavor (that wok hei is out of the park) and textures (not sure what the crunchy things were but they worked really well with this dish).

If I had to pick the place that’s consistently cooked the best hor fun in the world, it would in Sooty’s books be Fatty Weng. And you gotta savor each spoonful with a green chili slice to complete the experience.

Full-bodied with lots of wok hei.

Passable. Not as good as Crystal Jade’s.

Looked interesting when other people ordered it but this was relatively bland. 😕
