Can’t beat a classic! 🥪

This torta has many elements. Let’s see: butter, mayo, frijoles refritos, avocado, tomato, onion, ham, queso manchego, tinned pineapple and pickled jalapeños. That’s a total of 11 things including the pan telera! Apparently kids love this. It’s substantial.

A combo of smoked ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and honey mustard mayo.
