A beautifully presented nutritious meal for under 4 SGD. I am officially a gimbap stan.

This may or may not be the 1st time I’ve had kimbap but it was my favorite dish of the evening. Also, I’ll never not think of extraordinary Attorney Woo again whenever I have this. 🐋

From Yorihada Kitchen in LOTTE MART express within FairPrice supermarket. Would’ve preferred some sort of dip to go with but dinner sorted for under 3.50 SGD!

Comes with seaweed soup, kimchi and pickled daikon and oolong peach tea. But let’s get to the heart of the meal which is the kimbap: it is screaming for seasoning, if not an accompanying dip. It is so bland (as is the seaweed soup) it needs to be eaten with the side of kimchi for some kick. Without the kimchi, the entire meal would be indistinguishable from what you’d get in a hospital ward.
