Outstanding!

Not bad but a tad greasy…but which tasty fried rice isn’t? 🤔

BRIEF: “Fragrant fried rice made with a sambal paste of rempah titek, lemongrass and minced pork and fresh coconut milk.”

The big plus is the wok hei in this fried rice. Otherwise, kind of over-priced for fried rice, LOL!

This may be the most vegetable-filled meal I’ve cooked in a long while and the gochujang-based sauce coating everything helps.

Salted Fish Fried Rice

Fried rice spiced up. Came with fried and breaded chicken chop which was unremarkable and overshadowed by the rice.

It’s probably at least pretty good for people who like this style of fried rice.

I like the use of brown short grain brown rice and salmon here but the stringy asparagus kind of ruined it for me. I might as well have been chewing the cud. 🐮🤦 Happy Asparagus Day all the same.

Seafood Fried Rice. Rather bland and extremely overpriced. 😞
