I went back to the bakehouse to pick up the rest of my order. I decided to get the swirls and Danish in lieu of the missing pies in the mishandled order from Tuesday and was also gifted with a bunch of extra goodies to make me whole. This flat white was among those on the house.

Well-executed for yours truly.

Again, doesn’t need additions. So, really good in Sooty’s books.

The “all new K BLEND” served in the form of a Melburnian Flat White. Smoky it was, but I was less persuaded by its purported savoriness or sea saltiness.

Mildly enhanced with a pinch of raw sugar.

Slightly more acidic than I am used to but drinkable nonetheless.

Wow, another coffee that required no sugar (but just a wipe down). The stars must be aligned. 😮

Managed to consume this without any sugar. I guess that meant it was good.
