I didn’t really know what to make of this, but it was my first time eating horsehair crab. It was also my first time experiencing one from Hakodate.

This is the resto’s signature dish and really what they’re famous for. At least since 1969. Surprisingly, everyone at the table who had it this evening thought they’d had better elsewhere. 😳 It was very spicy and the flavors didn’t quite agree with us.
