The waitress attempted to warn me of the amount of cream in this coffee but I was having a carpe diem kind of day.

So, specially selected coffee beans are ground, extracted at the optimal temperature for an ideal amount of time, sealed and ready to drink after a morning run. No wonder it’s so good!

BRIEF: “Strong and powerful like the Godfather of the mafia, this coffee offers an explosion in your mouth with aromatic notes of dark chocolate and hints of crème brulée and nuts, for a sinfully luxurious mouthful and a satisfyingly bittersweet finish to die for.” SOOT’S TAKE: I don’t know that it is to die for, but it is eminently more drinkable than their “GIVE ME S’MORES” roast. 8/10.

A sort of Black Forest-inspired coffee drink. Intriguing but certainly not enough for me to blow 10 bucks on again.

I had never seen or heard of this drink (which literally means “tiger bites lion”) before and seeing that it was recommended on the menu, I ordered it to try. It tasted like a dirty hot chocolate but with Milo mixed in.

To go with my curry puff. Virtually indistinguishable from their milk coffee (if not possibly sweeter).

Drinkable for an amateur coffee-drinker like myself.

These really only work with milk.

The granules smelled amazing. Alas, it didn’t translate into the drink upon contact with boiling water. It tasted weird, if not artificial. Will try with dairy next.

Today I discovered that non-dairy creamer exists. 😯

BRIEF BLEND NOTES: Dark Chocolate, Fig, Cinnamon A dark and energetic full bodied roast for the perfect flat white and cappuccino. INTENSITY 10/10 SOOT’S TAKE: It probably only works when served appropriately with steamed or frothed milk. I tried mine with and without cold milk and I did not enjoy this.

Can something be super bitter and super sweet simultaneously? The answer is yes. 😣
