Preferred to the dulce de leche filled churro but would not repeat for the price.

Churros filled with dulce de leche. It was interesting that like the fluctuations of the local currency, the price had risen by 5 pesos when we finished circling the artisan’s fair, and that couldn’t have taken longer than 15 minutes.
