My first attempt at steaming chocolate cake and it turned out quite moist. I’m not sure how I feel about the taste yet [it’s got a certain boxed cake mix taste (maybe it was the vanilla flavoring I used)] but I shall re-evaluate tomorrow after an overnight sit. Happy National Chocolate Cake Day!
