First time trying Prima Deli's cheese tart...

Cheese Tart filled with Honey sautéed apples. Part of Johan's Honey Fair promotion.

These were selling like hot cakes, I imagine since the ones at the newly opened Japanese "Bake" had sold out. Unfortunately, 99.9% of the tart fell off my hands and splattered on the table once I took a bite off the crust. But whatever bit of cheese I got out of that nibble tasted good. I was ambivalent about buying another one just to try it.

Tasty combination of savoury crabmeat chilli and cheese with bursts of pomelo.

Finally got around to making cheese tarts. Made with a blend of Emmental, Mozzarella, Meule de Campagne, ricotta and mascarpone.
