Mid-Autumn special and I’m not sure how takoyaki figures in the theme. But it tastes freshly made and there are solid chunks of tako in the crispy yet juicy patty. I wanted to pair it with their Matcha Mooncake with Sweet Potato Skin as part of a combo deal but they had sold out 🌚

Lunch at Silver Creek today was a delectable salmon burger with avocado aioli, pineapple-mango salsa, tomato and house-made potato chips!

BRIEF: “A made-to-order quarter-pound per patty of 100% Angus beef topped with Gruyère cheese, caramelized onions, crispy sweet onions, and roasted garlic parmesan aioli on a toasted potato bun.” SOOT’S TAKE: From their limited edition French Onion menu. A safe combo — caramelized onions and Gruyère — but not quite worth the splurge. Perhaps the Shack Stack (with a ’Shroom add-on) or onion rings would’ve tipped the scales 🤔
