BRIEF: “Bubur Cha Cha is a Malaysian dessert made with a combination of sweet potatoes, taro (yam), and bananas, cooked in a creamy coconut milk base with colorful tapioca jelly & infused with pandan leaves for added fragrance.” SOOT’S TAKE: It was a very mini bowl (complimentary for following and reviewing the restaurant), but certainly not mini on flavor and ingredient variety. 😋
