My second or third time enjoying asparagus that’s not stringy. 😋

It wasn’t that this was a bad dish per se. In fact, the asparagus in itself was good but for being sautéed in oil and minced garlic instead, the dish was far from what I had ordered. I could not shake the feeling that a bait and switch had been pulled on me because I tasted neither truffle nor butter.
