REALLY GOOD
1st MADAME PRESIDENT
Jigger & Pony, Singapore
Monkey 47 Gin, kaffir dry vermouth, orchid and bittermelon liqueur, Campari lollipop. It’s a light colour version of the Negroni. Love the lollipop 😁 #42 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars
2nd NEGRONI
Jigger & Pony, Singapore
Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Cinzano Rosso, Campari. Lovely scent of orange peel. #42 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars
3rd SAMPHIRE COCKTAIL
SKAI, Singapore
Star of Bombay, Noilly Prat, Samphire, Oyster Leaf. This falls under their theme of “Sea”, and the leaf really smells like fresh oyster. Great view of the city from level 70.
4th SALACCA FIZZ
Sri Trat, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon
Both pretty and delicious! Interesting use of the sala (snake fruit) in this Eastern Thai influenced drink. Sala syrup, butterfly pea-infused Tanqueray gin, cream, lemon, egg white, soda water, orange blossom, garnished with butterfly pea flower. #michelinplate
5th SIAM RUBY
Sri Trat, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon
Tanqueray gin, pomegranate juice, raspberry puree, Falernum (a Caribbean liqueur with hints of almond, ginger and cloves), and lemon (recipe called for lime but personally prefer lemon). Fluffy head of elderflower foam, a sprinkle of nutmeg and topped with pandan leaf with fresh ruby red pomegranate. #michelinplate
7th THE VADA GIMLET - INSPIRED BY THAILAND
The Living Room, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon
Hendrick’s gin, lemongrass, Thai chilli, basil, lime
