This place has amazing soufflé!

Superbly executed technically. So perfectly straight!

In following the Japanese style, this is one of those soufflés that’s not overly sweet. Perfectly baked, and wafting an enticing butter fragrance too. If only the vanilla could come forth just as strongly. Or perhaps it could be better named as Vanilla Butter Soufflé.

Pouffy pouffy green tea soufflé ☁️. Not overly sweet, with a nice bittersweet matcha flavour.

With vanilla bourbon ice cream, though I do not see much black specks of vanilla seeds in the ice cream. The soufflé was definitely rich in chocolate flavour. The only thing lacking was the airy-ness of associated with baked beaten egg whites.

Good, but a tad sweet for me.
