Steamed wild rice with yam and carrots. Absolutely delicious. Deep fried kale tofu was crispy outside and tender inside. Fabulous vegan dish #vegan

So simple but so amazing! Rice with lentil powder (Paruppu Podi) and a drizzle of oil. Mix with crushed pappadoms and enjoy! So fragrant and reminded me of cheese :O

Healthier version

Saffron, coconut, lemongrass and brown rice. Take your pick.

Sticky rice wrapped in pepper leaf, coconut sauce, Royal Oscietra caviar. The caviar felt like an obligatory Michelin requirement than something I felt truly blended with the dish. #Michelin #Michelin1star

With okra yoghurt. Found the rice a tad soggy. The yoghurt was excellent.
