15th PIG’S HEAD
Canvas, Krung Thep Maha NakhonSlices of pig’s head, stuffed inside a banana pepper, and drowned in 3 colourful sauces. The sauces were on the strong heavy side, and rather salty. After scrapping some of the sauces away, the real star of the dish - the pig’s head - was finally able to shine. It was good. The Chef needs to rethink the sauces... #Michelin#michelin1star
