Colourful pancakes for wrapping the Peking duck - charcoal, beetroot, spinach, pumpkin, plain.

A whole duck yielded 21 little bundles. Good, but not the best Peking duck I’ve had. But great offer for Tuesdays- $48 instead of the usual $78. #Michelin #2stars
