A wobbly stack of fluffy meringue 🥞pancakes (yes it wobbled when I shook the plate). Sliced bananas cooked with each pancake, bananas blended into batter, and topped with grilled bananas (soft and sweet!) 🍌🍌🍌. Drizzle of chocolate 🍫 sauce and dollop of Hokkaido cream. Wow! It’s heavenly light, and not too sweet. You do need to get used to their style of pancakes, which is about 80% cooked.

Crispy pancake (锅饼）with crunchy outer crust and a slightly chewy mochi-like inner layer, stuffed with sweet red bean paste.

Fuwa-fuwa stack of wobbly pancakes with matcha ice cream and a azuki beans toppings. Mixed the matcha powder with sweet syrup Jap tea ceremony-style to pour over the pancakes. Today’s pancakes were more undercooked than the usual 80%. Hmmm..... Still preferred the Choco-banana flavour over this.
