The perfect eggs ben.

Been delivering a lot during this Covid-19 Circuit Breaker period, since we all have to stay home and dining-in is not allowed. Thankful to all the delivery riders still providing such an essential service. This eggs ben arrived still hot and delish. Thankful for continued access to good food!

Eggs Benedict with maple bacon

Toasted English muffins with a slight crispy edge. Good quality Black Forest ham. A little stingy on the few pieces of spinach (I’m talking 2-3 leaves per benny). Well-executed poached eggs with real orangey yolks. The Hollandaise was alright (Choupinette’s fragrant buttery version is hard to beat). Nice addition of hash. Overall yummy and something I’d order again.
