A fine plate of fried Broad Rice Noodles, with beef, red & green peppers, onions, chillis and spring onion. Noodles loosen, and fried to a nice lightly charred consistency, topped with tender slices of beef, crunchy peppers, crunchy bits of garlic in that sauce! And a big plate too, really for two! At this place, a man who calls himself... ‘James Bond’ can be found stir-frying the Penang-style Fried Broad Rice Noodles. And for one who must think he’s a spy, he does a good job of frying up a plate of these noodles (and no easy feat, I might add)! A bit better than pretty good! ‘The Spy Who Fried Mee’... Oops! Ouch!
