This was a sample of the Panaeng Curry paste from Blue Elephant, Royal Thai Cuisine’s range. A mild curry was made from this handmade, all natural paste, with the addition of chicken, long beans, peanuts, chillis, kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil and coconut cream. It was a sumptuous dish, with a great fusion of flavours which had a distinctly sweet and coconut taste - wholly enjoyable! Look forward to trying more Blue Elephant produce! #thai #curry #chicken
