Raspberry mousse, rose & lychee ganache, raspberry jelly & sponge cake. Not the biggest fan of raspberries, lychees and rose, but the combination of the three works well in this arrangement. A simple dessert. Tapioca sago with coconut milk and Malacca palm sugar. It is truly good when served with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Once in the mouth and fused... Yyyummm! This one wasn’t bad. #dessert

This should have been a good dessert, but turned out to be sub-par. However, this wasn’t the worst thing, what my friends had instead were really inadequate. They were poorly made and with low-quality ingredients. Furthermore, these were high-priced desserts which made them even more unacceptably pathetic! So disappointing, even some of the pictures have left the walls! Ouch! #dessert
