Last week on my business trip w/ my beloved @themonkeyseyebrows we went to @paz_amsterdam and WOW!! Their open fire cooking style was INCREDIBLE!!! It was easily one of the best meals I’ve had while in @amsterdam and no doubt I’ll be back!

You hear a lot of “this is the best I’ve ever had” in my game so it’s hard to know how genuine it really is sometimes, HOWEVER... Let me tell you this!!! THIS is the BEST cauliflower cheese I have EVER had in my life!! It was chargrilled with chilli’s and pistachio nuts... And I couldn’t stop gong back for more. Plus, the picture really doesn’t do the size of this justice. It was the size of a human head. Bravo @passo.london 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
