This steak was absolutely AMAZING! The French sure know their meat and how to cook it. This was cooked to perfection and had a ton of lean meat and fat. I was in heaven! Cooked on a open fire grill, the flavour that’s delivered is amazing.

It’s a must purchase. My go to steak every time. Loaded with flavour as it’s ore seasoned.

The steak @sheeshchigwell is massively underrated. Absolutely loved it and served perfectly with spinach and these chips were also on point. I went for the mushroom but would you have gone for peppercorn instead? P.S, please excuse the quality of the picture, it was shot in pitch black on my iPhone with flash! 😰

Côte De Boeuf! One for the die-hard meat lovers, this awesome cut definitely delivers. Exceptional flavour and all the tenderness that is expected from prime rib. Every last bite was phenomenal and you can really taste the flavour from the dry ages meat! 🙌🏽
