Last week I had the pleasure of tasting the best roast I’ve had, PERIOD! @eatlagom is NEXT LEVEL! Starting w/ Planked Salmon, dry brined and hot. It was so flakey it fell apart as soon as it was touched and melted on your tongue in a way that you could devour this without having any teeth! Then on to the star of the show, the Coal Roasted Wagyu Chuck Roast w/ Confit Garlic and Horseradish. I also got Smoked Herb Fed Chicken w/ Garlic and Burned Lemon and a taster of the Coal Roasted Iron Age Tomahawk Pork Chop served with amazing Crispy Potatoes, Greens and Carrots and some amazing Stuffing Meatloaf, Grilled Cabbage w/ Chilli & Anchovy and Smoked Cauliflower and Cheese. What a feast @elliotcunningham, you smashed this one out the park. It was well worth my £70 parking ticket, totalling £130 roast dinner! 😂🤣

Casual lunch down at @kingwilliamivchigwell thanks to my @gourmetsociety card. This seared salmon fillet on chorizo mash, tenderstem broccoli and bouillabaisse sauce was delicious. The dish is fantastic and surprisingly very filling.
