This is the best yogurt I’ve ever had probably because it’s made from scratch by chef Doris Ho-Kane.! It is softly sweet and tangy and topped with mung bean, agar jelly squiggles, red currants from @fishkillfarms, lemon plums from the green market & finished with a drizzle of condensed milk. So many textures & fresh flavors make it fun and interesting!
