REALLY GOOD
1st CIRO HOUSE WINE
Locanda Vini & Olii, New York
It was light & easy to drink, but had body and character. So great with the pastas, bread, olives...man this was a good meal!
2nd ROSÉ FLIGHT
Noble Rot, Portland
Noble Rot is lauded for their...noble rot! From left to right, I liked the Pinot Noir rosé from the local Willamette Valley (which is world renowned for it’s pinot noirs), which was bright, flavorful & a little sweet. Not that crazy about the Rioja from Spain, although I normally like Riojas. It was bland. I loved the French Côtes de Provence. It was rich & smooth & subtle. (Behind that is a flight of red, in case you’re wondering!)
