Sliced turkey, crispy shallots, cranberry mustard & muenster cheese on a multigrain hero (bread). Boy is this good! It’s a hearty sandwich with fresh, local ingredients that complement each other well. If there weren’t the odd bits of gristle in it, it would be perfect!

Hot off the grill. Very good, but I won’t be having it again due to the cheese & mayo & butter & white bread.
