Bright, tangy, & creamy with a tiny crunch from the sugar crystals. It’s ivory chocolate ganache combined with natural key lime flavor. Very cute & very delicious in this hot weather!

Ivory chocolate, dark chocolate, Chardonnay reduction, and champagne extract! All together very interesting. I’d have to have a few more to parse out the flavors. I ordered this from the company, not the cafe.

Rich & creamy. I found it hard to detect the espresso. Maybe I would’ve been able to tell if I compared it to a plain dark chocolate truffle. It sure was good, though. It was the last of the truffles I ordered at the beginning of the pandemic.😢
