Wouldn’t get on a plane, but it was really really really good! Ceremonial grade, full-flavored matcha syrup was satisfyingly mixed with shaved ice & topped with yuzu matcha foam & puffed rice. The ice machine was imported from Japan. It produces the true shape of the kakigori ice, which adds to the sensory experience. #bonsaikakigori

This is so refreshing! The ice shards melt in your mouth! The syrup adds the herbal root beer flavor. The root beer nougats are softly crunchy & the vanilla sour whip adds creaminess & contrast. Proceeds go to GLAAD. It’s a special, so not sure how long it will be around, but they have lots of tempting choices. #BonsaiKakigori
