It was so rich, tender, salty, meaty, and, yes...fatty good! Best pastrami ever. With the mustard & soft rye bread: perfection. And a couple of fat crispy pickles. The shot doesn’t do it justice. It was all like the red on the upper left peaking out of the sandwich in the second photo and it was stuffed!

Door County smoked whitefish salad, horseradish cream cheese, and wasabi tobiko, served on a pumpernickel bagel. This whitefish salad is so fresh, sweet & creamy. More cream with the cream cheese, but what brought it all together was the spicy crunchy wasabi tobiko. So good, I ate 1/2 for lunch & 1/2 for dinner!
