Sticky rice with hominy, mung beans, & fried shallots. Such an interesting earthy flavor! It is kind of amazing to this American palette!

Sweet & good. At first I wasn’t sure if it was the sticky rice, but then the sticky rice was stickier!😆It came with the papaya salad.

Tasty rice with separate kernels. Just firm enough. Went well with the shell fish dish & sauce.
