Pickled herring, trout roe & all sorts of interesting ingredients delicately placed over soft cheese on thick multigrain bread. Very tasty & oh so fresh, not to mention pretty!
2nd GRIDDLED YUBA

I’m not sure what everything is in this, but I am sure it is really good! I do know that yuba is tofu skin (okay, I looked it up), there are pickles, maybe zucchini, all with some sort of mildly spicy sauce on warm, seeded bread.
