1st FRIED CHICKEN
Yonder, OregonCrunchy, crackly coating with a touch of spice (I chose “a dusting”) gives way to hot, juicy, tender meat inside. I enjoyed every bite! The biscuit had some richness & density, yet it was tender. Very good. Served with a tasty butter. The coleslaw was creamy, tangy & crunchy. Maybe a little too creamy for my taste, but good.
