Desperate times call for desperate measures. I spent US$14 on 7oz of D’Artagnan duck rilletes. Creamy, rustic duck spread made from Rohan duck legs. Slow cooked duck leg confit is shredded and mixed with duck fat. Rich & tasty. Yet another decadent treat! I put it on toasted Bien Cuit miche. Not sure why the photo is upside down.
