Smashed Avocado, Charred Corn, & Basil on Ciabatta Toast with Baby Arugula & Lemon. Very bright & tasty! The best avocado toast I ever had! Oh and, yes, I ate this while watching Amazing Grace, the Aretha Franklin documentary. That was really good, too!

Nice blend of ingredients. Pretty presentation. Multigrain bread, avo rose, burrata, kale pesto, pistachio dukkah, olive oil and black pepper. The setting isn’t bad either!

The poached egg was done just right & the proportion of Avo was good. Loved those micro greens on top! The whole grain toast tied it all together. Nice & hardy although a little cool & hard around the edges. But that’s in the past, so, yum!
