1st SILKEN TOFU WITH GOCHUGARU

Hi old friends! Didn’t realise that some of you are still over here, so wanted to say hello. I have been mostly housebound since the start of the pandemic, and am unable to go to restaurants, so I might not post very often. Hope everyone is well. Here’s a delicious bowl of silken tofu I made myself this past week. It used to terrify me, but now I’ve really embraced experimenting with this ingredient and realise what I’ve been missing. Lightly cooked in a sauce of tamari, vegan oyster sauce, gochugaru, maple syrup, lime, scallions and sesame seeds. Glorious. Love to you all.
