The pasta itself was really delicious. Portion size was very good for having 2 or 3 courses rather than a giant pile of pasta. Sauce was subtle and so creamy and lovely. Maybe could have been a little more truffle-y but it was really good.
This is the Panciotti con Gamberoni e Capesante; Pasta stuffed with scallops and prawns served in a creamy saffron and white wine sauce. Every bit as delicious as it sounds and looks in the picture, if not more. I wish I could eat it every day. Slightly overcooked. My boyfriend ate this, I don't eat steak. He enjoyed it but would have been better if it was cooked a little less and maybe without the tomato.
