Food usually good however there always seems to be a delay should you turn up at opening time, usually 10-15mins before they start serving. They do beef dripping roast potatoes and these are easily the best item on the carvery. Beef can be a bit hit and miss on a good day it’s great and on a bad it’s inedible. On this occasion the gravy was extremely runny and the staff said there was nothing they could do. I’d recommend going on any day except a Sunday.
