Seriously the BEST croquettes I’ve ever tasted. I’m not normally much of a fan of sweet potato but the sharpness of the blue cheese gave these a total edge. We started with them as a pre-dinner snack but they were so good we ordered more at the end of the meal instead of dessert.

So so good. Another contender for the most moreish croquette 🤤

With Scotch bonnet jam & 🥕 🥒 🥗

With truffled mayonnaise. Delicious!
