Strangely this dessert looked like a large piece of pâté. But it tasted absolutely delicious 👌🏼

A flat layer of cheesecake covering the entire plate, topped with a pistachio financier & lemon curd

Avocado, white chocolate & lime cheesecake. Thank goodness for the zing of the lime as it would’ve been pretty bland without it.
