1st FOIE GRAS
Spring House Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar, Winston-Salem
Cinnamon raisin French toast, raspberry balsamic vinegar reduction, ghost peppers peach preserves. The pic wasn’t great, but this was 1 of the best things I've ever put in my mouth!
