1st PAN FRIED SEA BASS
GA KingsX - Bar & Kitchen, LondonPan-fried sea bass served with a bean cassoulet and topped with fennel shavings and cress. I’m not lying when I tell you this was the best dish I have ever had. The sea bass was cooked gorgeously, with the top being lovely and crispy and the rest of the fish melting in your mouth. The bean cassoulet was INCREDIBLE, so many flavours complimenting each other so well, I would have been happy just eating a bowl of that! Would a million times recommend and will definitely be going back to have this again!!!
