"Bo" as in Vietnamese beef. Imagine Vietnamese beef inside a quesabirria with Asian consommé flavors. So delicious!

So amazing...especially when dipped into the consomme. 😋

I've been craving barbacoa meat for a while and this place came highly recommended. So delicious on its own...but when I fixed it up with onions, cilantro, and salsa, it was totally amazing. I even added some beans and rice to elevate it more. Unfortunately I ate it all before thinking about taking a photo of my customized tacos.

oh wow. prepared quesabirria style. this one has Al Pastor pork and was dipped into their consommé. so delicious. maybe it's the guac, or being dipped into the consommé, but this is my favorite taco in my "hometown".

If you're a fan of beef tongue, this place serves up really tasty tongue meat. Very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. This is something I will definitely order again during future visits.

3 street tacos. Chicken asado, pork chicharron, and beef asada. Both the beef and pork were excellent in flavor. Chicken was okay. Next time, I'll order 2 pork and 1 beef.

Tacos and tater tots are such a good combo. Featuring Kelly's Shrimp Taco, Nashville Hot Chicken Taco, Smokey Pork+Mac, and Cashew Chicken. The amazing part of this visit, I got to meet the owner Sam "The Cooking Guy" Zien and he cooked my order during his brief visit of his many eateries in the area.

As someone who eats Jack in the Box tacos for those midnight munchies, this is like an elevated version of it. I was totally grubbin' on this taco!

Tacos Tuesday special! Grilled peppered salmon pieces topped with a teriyaki pineapple salsa. Yum!

Crispy chunks of salmon and a nice dollop of guac! I'll order it again!

Tasty and not too greasy. If it was more greasy (from the birria and cheese), it probably would be more delicious!

I just love how fresh the fish tastes here. The whole entree is made with fresh and local ingredients that are sustainably sourced.
