My favorite noodle dish that I literally will jump on a plane for. I always stop here every time I visit Maui. I was surprised that I've never reviewed this place.

Haha...I just jumped on a plane just after week at Comic Con and the first place for food after landing was here! My favorite noodles anywhere!

So much flavor in the sauce and the ho fun is not over-cooked or soggy from the sauce.

Takeout version. You get to add the parmesan amount to your liking, then toss! Loads of yummy garlic and butter flavor. Delicious!

When I had this at Crustacean years ago, I thought it was amazing. But now I know how to make this... so it doesn't have that "must order" desire. It's still really good and if you've never had it before, it is amazing!

I've been eating here since my days in high school. The owners are finally retiring at the end of the month. To celebrate, I ordered an off-menu item that I'll miss once they close permanently. The crab was so fresh and deep fried perfectly...they even included the "crab butter" (pancreas) into the stir-fry! That's how you know they are legit when it comes to yummy Chinese food.

Not overly buttered, and that's a good thing! Adding the duck gave the noodles a bolder flavor.

With chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and ho fun.

Beef chow fun was ordered, but they served us chicken instead. Rather than send it back, we kept it because we were hungry. Made well, but we really preferred the beef version.

I've never had "chop suey" before since I'm not a fan of "American Chinese" food. This dish is definitely sweeter than most Chinese noodle dishes I enjoy eating. Flat noodles with chopped vegetables and ginger soy sauce.

We ordered it without meat for fair comparison to other garlic noodle orders I've tried. The noodle texture was great, but the garlic flavor was a bit weak.

not sure why my order took over 15 minutes longer to be picked up, but this was just meh. barely any garlic or butter flavor. basically spaghetti noodles with parmesan, some kind of oil, and a dash of salt. 🤷🏻‍♀️
