REALLY GOOD
2nd SALMON WITH KAFFIR LIME BEURRE BLANC

served with Imperial rice. Crispy skin and salmon was juicy and full of flavor.
3rd WILD KING SALMON

charbroiled coated with a mixture of garlic, fresh lemon juice, saffron, and served with grilled tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper
