Hakata style ramen with rich pork broth. With chashu pork (simmered pork belly), seasoned soft boiled egg, green onions, kikurage mushrooms, bean sprouts) and buta kakuni (braised thick pork belly), corn, and nori seaweed. Ultra Spicy version... which wasn't really ultra spicy (to me).

So delicious that everything, down to the last drop of broth, was consumed.

It's a seasonal dish and it's amazing. Tender and perfectly chewy noodles are dipped into a delicious pork and bonito broth.

The ramen egg is consistently creamy each time I order this. Noodles are always al dente, just the way I prefer my ramen. 🍜

I need to come back here whenever I crave black garlic ramen. My favorite ramen shop that served black garlic ramen was a casualty of the pandemic and I now have a good substitute.

Savory vegan miso broth poured over sizzling Tokyo-stylec ramen noodles, served with sauteed cabbage, shimeji, enoki, topped with tofu and nori. The stone pot was super hot and the broth was just sizzling away!

With char-sui, menma, corn, nori, and crab meat. Always a great deal here for a hearty bowl of ramen.

At their new Alameda location on Santa Clara Ave. They didn't serve me the spicy pork broth I ordered and they comp'ed the ramen. Maybe it's because I didn't get the spicy pork broth, but this just didn't hit the spot for me like the other times I've had their food.

the egg was overcooked. usually it's a jelly ramen egg. there's a decent amount of dried chili to add in a spicy kick. tonkotsu broth was decent and with the spiciness (and cold weather), I finished the whole bowl, soup included.

soup flavor was good with loads of garlic, but noodles weren't as good as I hoped.

The soy sauce based chicken broth was a bit too salty. After eating half of the noodles, the broth soaked into the noodles more and I needed to pull out the noodles in order to finish everything else. Still delicious, but the broth was a little more concentrated in flavor than what I prefer.
