Sue's Place, PinoleThe pork belly was twice cooked, I think, because it was super crisp and super delicious. The pork belly alone is AMAZING. The pickled veggies (including a bitter melon slice!) were okay.
Tender salty & sweet pork belly with steamed jasmine rice in a warm bowl with eggs and a drizzle of caramel soy with a garnish of pickled veggies.
